How do I apply?
The application is a Google Form which collects information about your demographics and training, as well as 3-5 open-ended questions.

Applications are open Oct. 22-Nov. 30, 2025 for the 2026 cohort. Click here to apply. Google Forms will send you a copy of your responses. T4CIP will email you mid-December with your application status and, if accepted, you will need to confirm acceptance by 12/29/25.
