With an interest in pediatrics and learning about child injury prevention, health behavior change, communication, and advocacy.
How do I apply?
The application is a Google Form which collects information about your demographics and training, as well as 3-5 open-ended questions.

Applications to join the 2027 T4CIP cohort are open Oct. 1-Nov. 11, 2026. Please complete the application for the 2027 T4CIP cohort here. A copy of your responses will be emailed to you, confirming your submission. You will be notified of application status (accept/reject/waitlist) by Dec. 1 and will need to confirm acceptance by Dec. 15 - consider this when sharing your email address if you may not be checking one regularly in early/mid December.
