How do I apply?
The application is a Google Form which collects information about your demographics and training, as well as 3-5 open-ended questions.

Applications to join the 2026 T4CIP cohort are now closed. If you applied, T4CIP will email you mid-December with your application status and, if accepted, you will need to confirm acceptance by 12/29/25.
Are you interested in applying to join the 2027 T4CIP cohort? Please share your information here and we'll email you when applications for the 2027 cohort are open. We plan on opening applications October 28 through November 29, 2026.
